I have just graduated from the BA (Hons) PDDFI Cordwainers Accessories and this picture shows some of the products I made. I took inspiration from Sèvres ceramics and the quality of craftsmanship to make a range of accessories that were not only beautiful to look at but functional as well.

This Polaroid was taken by me (Omar Al-Zo’bi, MA Graphic Design – Camberwell) during a shoot organised by BA Fashion Journalism student Rachel Miles. The photographer for the shoot was Arnar Ómarsson (BA Photography, Camberwell).

I helped as an art director/spiritual guru on the shoot, and we did this shot since the Kurt Geiger shoes were too small for the model! But I think it turned out interestingly.

Thank you Omar – sounds like an interesting collaboration.

Hey

I would really like to take part as a stylist for the magazine. I will be commencing a course in accessory design at LCF this September and want to keep styling during my studies. I am 25 and an artist and dancer too.( I graduated in fine art 3 years ago)

I have worked for Stephen Jones, Carlos Lumiere and independently. I am trying to get my foot on the ladder…

I have attached a few photos of my styling. I have more.

I look forward to working with you.

Best wishes,

Crystal Isabel Fischetti

Crystal is beginning a Foundation Degree Cordwainers Accessory Design this Autumn.

Hello fellow LCF’ers… boy I miss the good old JPS and Curtain Road days.

I graduated in 2006 in the BA (Hons) Fashion Design Technology: Menswear course and specialised in graphic design. Whilst working as a stylist within mainstream retail I was working towards launching my own prints… and they are finally here! Please visit the website and enjoy the press release below. I would love to contribute to Pigeons & Peacocks in any way I can.

DOGHOUSE IS HERE…

The fashion print label that’s sharper than Savile Row shoulders!

With the DEBUT COLLECTION just launched at London Alternative Fashion Week, DOGHOUSE has officially unleashed 24 hard hitting, strictly limited edition prints to smack down anyone that stands in their way.

Whoever you are, Whatever you do, there’s always room to play at DOGHOUSE.

I love your magazine!

It’s just a shame that I’m leaving just as the college I have attended for 5 years, gets a worthy paper!

My final MA Footwear collection is themed ‘War of the Banks’ and describes our current economic situation.

You can view more of Weronika’s work on Showtime, or get more information about the MA Fashion Footwear course here. Weronika also has her own website.
